This inequality that have led to recurrent economic crises, may be remedied with education. By not being educated, we don’t spend on health, we do not create the necessary infrastructure, we are not dedicating resources towards the promotion of sustainable development. Investments in public HEIS have failed to do for some time, and therefore the best education just not reaching the entire claimant population. Regardless of political ideology, by the investments made in education, some Asian countries have managed to bring their inhabitants of poverty, while in others continues arguing about matters that they respond to interests of a few. It is appropriate to comment that the accent has been external, superficial, and forgotten to take care of the internal processes that realize the social and human results.
This condition leads to the extermination of the conscience and the conditioning of freedom, failures in economic models and the lack of reforms in politics and education are giving too much importance to the apparent (3). The economic resource which has been usual bowing, has resulted a slavery now more subtle, where you have lost sight of human needs that are most worth, such as hope, compassion, sense, love, which cannot be bound or buy. It is necessary to promote an ethic that will strengthen the foundations of the human giving spirit step to happiness. Who loves truth, commits and this state of infatuation sharpens the sensitivity, It promotes creativity, motivates the heart and transcends the subject. Hence that need to establish in the IES, a generous social intervention management action, transcendent and focused on the people, the work of IES must be a relevant social work, allowing to obtain resources and recognition to operate and as a consequence, the satisfaction of their community.
